After months of research and testing, the Solmats are finally here and ready to be unleashed on the Aussie sun.  The Solmat120 is a premium 120w solar mat that allows you to get off the grid and keep your battery topped up.

When folded, the Solmat120 measures 410x30x20mm and weight in at under 2.5kg, the mat is constructed from tough canvas.  Easily sliding under the seat of your car, not only is this a powerful unit, it is compact and tough.

Rated at 6.67amps at 18v, we have recorded 7+ amps at up to 14.4 volts, easily clearing 100w of true power.

The Solmatcomes with a MCV10 MPPT Charge Controller, widely regarded as one of the best charge controllers you can get.  There are many advantages that MPPT controllers have over other types, but the major advantages are their ability to charge your battery like a 3 stage battery charger does, including float mode, so that your battery can't be overcharged.  The controller will analyse your battery's health and ensure that the right number of volts are charging your battery.  Another great advantage is that your MPPT controller works most efficiently in lesser light conditions and won't allow your battery to discharge - once the sun goes down, it stops functioning.

The MCV10 comes with a third Anderson Plug connection, allowing you to run your LED lights or other application from the energy stored in the charge controller.

As well as this, you receive a heavy duty sheathed 5m Solar Lead of 6mm twin auto cable.
